I actually have a few question when it comes to Non-VBV bins. Now does the locate matter if the CC is Non-vbv? I been looking around trying new bins that some people suggest that are non-vbv and I seem to always get 3D response when trying to make a purchase or the CC doesn't link to any financial app does this mean the CC is vbv if it doesn't link?
Now I pretty know the method for the chime link-able method its pretty self explanatory. If any can just help me out with 1 Bin for the chime method, because I just been wasting money buying CC after CC and I reach out and paid for BIN list but I just haven't had any luck with those as well.
If anyone can provide me with a BIN for chime I would be extremely appreciative of that alot.
