They are three tricks for run a exe files safety :
1- use VM machine : u can download virtualbox or Vmware and make a Windows virtual machine for run your programm
2- use the "SandBoxie" software : This tool is very useful for run any exe file without getting infected by virus or trojan.
3- Scan with virustotal website
