XHO System Features​

XHO is a telecom system for SIP calls, balance management, Caller ID, tariffs, call history, API, SMS, eSIM, customer support, and Telegram automation.

1. SIP Calls​

Clients can use their SIP account with:

Zoiper, Linphone, MicroSIP, Grandstream, IP phones, softphones, call-center systems, CRM platforms, or PBX systems.

3. Caller ID​

XHO supports Caller ID management.

Clients can:

  • view current Caller ID;
  • change Caller ID;
  • use allowed numbers;
  • check which number will be displayed during calls.
Important: Caller ID delivery depends on the country, operator, and selected route. In some destinations, Caller ID may be changed or may not pass through.


4. Call History​

XHO provides detailed call history:

  • call date and time;
  • destination number;
  • duration;
  • cost;
  • status;
  • tariff used;
  • successful calls;
  • failed calls;
  • failure reason, when available.
This is useful for clients, call centers, resellers, and support teams.


5. Failed Calls​

Clients can view failed calls and understand possible reasons:

6. Balance and Top-Up​

7. Vouchers​

How it works:

  1. The client receives a voucher.
  2. The client enters the voucher code in the system or through the bot, if enabled.
  3. The balance is topped up automatically.
  4. The voucher cannot be used again.

8. Telegram Bot​

Clients can use XHO through Telegram.

The bot can support:

  • connecting an existing account;
  • checking balance;
  • checking SIP status;
  • viewing recent calls;
  • viewing failed calls;
  • changing Caller ID;
  • contacting support;
  • future new account registration;
  • future voucher balance top-up;
  • future WebRTC dialer through Telegram Mini App.
The Telegram bot is useful for clients who do not want to use the web account panel.


9. WebRTC Dialer​

XHO can support calls directly from a browser or Telegram Mini App.

Features:

  • calls without installing a SIP app;
  • browser-based calling;
  • convenient dial keypad;
  • secure server-side gateway connection;
  • SIP password is not exposed in the browser;
  • suitable for mobile users and quick calls.

10. Service Numbers​

The system can support internal service numbers.

For example:

  • number to check SIP login;
  • number to check balance;
  • number to check Caller ID;
  • number to change Caller ID;
  • voice menu.
The client calls a short service number from their SIP account and receives information by voice.


11. Tariff Plans​

XHO supports different tariff plans.

Clients can:

  • use a standard tariff;
  • switch to another available tariff;
  • view destination prices;
  • choose routes for specific needs;
  • use tariffs for regular calls, call-center traffic, or CLI routes.

12. Client API​

XHO can provide a Client API.

Through the API, clients can:

  • change tariff, if allowed;
  • manage Caller ID;
  • integrate with their own system.
The API is useful for CRM systems, billing, automation, and custom client portals.


13. Reseller API​

XHO can provide a Reseller API for partners and resellers.

Resellers can:

  • view their own clients;
  • top up client balances;
  • activate and deactivate clients;
  • change client tariffs;
  • view operation history;

A reseller can work only with their own clients.


14. SMS API​

XHO can support SMS sending through API.

Important: Sender ID depends on the country, operator, and route. Delivery of Sender ID is not always guaranteed.

The system can support temporary numbers for receiving SMS codes.
