Orders on cards are getting placed but not shipped

Im able to get the order to be placed and i get a conformation email but the order never gets shipped or gets canceled before its shipped is there anything im doing wrong?

Check your Ip maybe is blacklisted? dont track your order with different ip and leave for 24hrs depending on the delivery days you choose, try to checkout with 1 at once. i hope it works

I check it with check2ip and it never says blacklisted. And once the order goes out i get the conformation but the next day i get a cancellation email
