Is it possible to use cards from other countries

Is it possible to use cards from other countries than what you are shipping your items to?
Like lets say im in EU and I use a card thats from another EU country, will the item ship?

It's possible, but hard to do with succes. When the card is from another country suspicion will arouse when you order. I don't recommend doing so.
