SMTP RELAY, which stands for Simple Mail Transfer Protocol, lets you send email messages through your email account using your existing email service.
But SMTP can be used not only like a spam tool , you can use it to distribute viruses to corporative networks.
Also , if you have acess to domain email , you can hijack all users of this website + infect it (if you find hosting details in the email's/owner email)

In other words SMTP is not a complex mechanism , but an ordinary mail hosting like google.com/mail.ru/ya.ru/yahoo.com
To use SMTP by its intended purpose , you need 2 things :
1.Email base whick will go to spam (you need to clean it from non-existent email adresses , with "email validator")
2.Ando also client for mass mailings , i suggest "AMS ENTERPRISE" (via this program , you can also check smtp for valid)
