Help with exploit

Hey guys, I wanted to find out if there is such a thing as an exploit that's used to convert .exe to jpeg or any picture extension? If there is do help me get my hands on it. I know it won't come for free though

for PHP backdoor shells PHP code is saved as comments in JPEG file. I am not sure that is relevant for exe
