This is new, it's not like the other articles about the quantum threat, this is actually released research, shared by one of the Ethereum Foundation researchers.
It's different, here we're not talking about attacking the exposed coins of Satoshi, this is about way fewer qubits and way fewer physical gates to actually target P2KW keys, this is a threat that was dismissed and not even considered previously, if building such a quantum computer becomes possible by 2029 as most poeple anticipated way long before this, then , well...we need the fix now!
