Steam method [PUB CC] // No ban, no refund.
1. Download a "CyberGhost" VPN, and connect to Germany.
2. Use fresh e-mail I preffer #10minutemail.net
3. Use a fake information / fake-it / fakenamegenerator Also German
4. Buy an wallet (max 25euro), and then do this.
4.1. Logout from steam
4.2. Delete e-mail
4.3 Don't setup steam community account
4.4. Turn off VPN, then open CMD and type: ipconfig /release then ipconfig /renew, that will change your ip.
4.5 Clear history/cookies, cache etc.
5. After that, do not login to Steam account. Wait a 6-7 days, and then login.
That's it After that you won't get alert, or refund, and can buy games etc.
