Telegram agreed to provide the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with additional information on the sale of Gram tokens in 2018.
The company has signed an agreement which obliges it to submit to SEC all requested financial documents by May 20. This list also includes information about contracts concluded with early investors of the Telegram Open Network (TON), and additional banking information.
In addition, Telegram promises to answer any SEC questions related to previously provided information. The company will also disclose information about all the offers that were provided to investors as part of the sale of Gram.
Telegram agreed to work with SEC on the day Free TON is launched. Recall that TON developers and large PoS validators launched the main Free TON network yesterday with the native TON Crystal token (TON). The protocol was developed by Nikolai Durov and the Telegram team.
