Orders on cards are placed but not shipped

able to get the order to be placed and i get a conformation email but the order never gets shipped
or gets canceled before its shipped is there anything im doing wrong?

Obviously there is somewhere you're messing up and there a lot of factors that may cause that . Be specific and you might just find help
