There are 4 steps for making RAT

Step 1: Choose VPN
Step 2: Port-forward VPN
Step 3: Choose RAT
Step 4: Testing and Creating server

Now i will Explain you all steps.

Step 1 [Choose VPN]:

There are a lot of VPN providers that allow Port-Forwarding but I will tell you best ones.

  • Private Internet Access VPN (Everyone says it's best for port forwarding)
  • TorGuard (Best for advanced users)
  • IVPN (Best Open-Source port forwarding VPN)
  • ExpressVPN (Best VPN with port forwarding Routers)
  • Ivacy (Cheapest Long-Term VPN for port forwarding
  • VpnStaticIP (I'm using this VPN, It's really good but costs little bit too much for VPN)
So these are some VPNs that are good for Port Forwarding (That's what google says). I am using VpnStaticIP.
Now buy one of their packages, create account, the usual stuff. Now the shared IP or the static/dedicated IP stuff is explained below.

Step 2 [Port Forwarding VPN]:

After you purchsed VPN that you choose from this list you can start with port forwarding it.
choose whatever port, in this example i will choose port 401.

Now, all these companies have their own method for portforwarding (If you are not sure how to port forward VPN that you purchased try to look up on YouTube or PM me here). Please note that if you can choose between TCP or UDP, then choose them BOTH when you portforward! (just in case)

Choose Dedicated IP (This IP doesn't change) unless you are going to use an DNS, then choose shared IP. (Used shared IP only if you know what you are doing)!

Step 3 [Choose RAT]:

I personally recommend Remcos RAT, since it's compatibily is INSANE (works with every windows version, no framework problem, FULL of features)
Next, i'd say Njrat
I have used both RATS i recommend them both
Listen to port on RAT that you choose in your VPN . After that, go to canyouseeme.org and then check if port is opened (if port is NOT opened then you didn't have listened the port yet on the RAT).

Step 4 [Testing and Creating Server]:

So now all you need is just to build RAT. When building RAT use IP that you see in your VPN application, and for port use one that you are listening to.
After you build RAT app use it on Virtual Machine or RDP/VPS machines to test and that's it.

Extra:
If you can't get connection when someone opens your RAT, you need to turn off firewall defender. I had same problem and this fixed it.
