I had a deal with this user and he was supposed to carry out a WU transfer for me. On the above-mentioned page I then tried twice to create a rip report, which was then deleted twice, despite screenshots to prove it.
Just don't enter into a deal with this user. Unfortunately, I can't answer whether all users on this site tick like the aforementioned user, but the deletion of my rip report indicates that they don't want it at all and want to keep this scam going.
