I've been wondering for a long time how transferring money from someone else's account to my own works. Let's say I get a Paypal account for test purposes and have a professional provider credit the money from someone else's account to my own, what would I have to consider, except that I can get caught by a fraudster myself
VPN is clear, but wouldn't it be advisable for security reasons? Create a fake Paypal account? If so, is it not easy to create one and how would I proceed?
