The German service will stop working in Russia and Belarus
The TeamViewer remote access system stops working in Russia in order to support Ukraine, according to a press release on the company's official website.
The company indicates that, in addition to complying with all international sanctions and the immediate termination of new business, it will also not renew any contracts with customers from the Russian Federation and Belarus. Existing non-sanctioned subscriptions that do not involve misuse of TeamViewer products will be honored until the end of the contract, but will not be renewed thereafter.
The company, along with this, blocked all unlicensed connections both to Russia and Belarus, and from these countries.
The service stopped working for Russian and Belarusian users en masse. The program began to forcibly end user sessions and prevent them from entering their accounts upon re-authorization.
