    Hello, and Good Morning from Los Angeles. Excuse me for my ignorance and i am a noob but i have a noob question. Is it mandatory that you have the MSRX to create a clone for "ATM" cash out? or does the Card have to be swiped when your doing an ATM cashout? Can you just use the omnikey w/ X2?
